Exact-cly what IS your problem?
October 17th, 2008
Okay okay, so I couldn’t help myself. There’s just so much fun stuff in this clip!
Poor Alice, usually a normal 5′ something or other, is now just 3-inches tall, and talking to a caterpillar. Not a very tolerant one at that. Wow, her world’s completely upside down.
Ever been there before? Your world is upside down and you’re not exactly sure who you are? Or who you should be? I sure have.
Alice sure has a lot of judgments about being 3-inches tall. “After all, 3-inches is such a wretched height, and…” Well, I don’t think Alice really gave 3-inches much of a chance! lol
How often do we judge new circumstances or life experiences, without looking at them fully first? How often do we see the opportunities? Like Alice, we just want things to go back to the way they were. This post is a gentle reminder that there is opportunity out there, usually staring us right in the face. Life changes. That’s what it does. And with wisdom, we can flow with the changes, rather than kick against the pricks.
Who are YOU?, you ask? Very good question. I’m a fellow life traveller, having flown to heights and trudged through dark depths. I don’t expect you to agree with what this blog says. It may not resonate with you. But in my experience there are certain, simple, joy-infusing truths that shine through the hubbub of life. And I would like to live by that truth, and share it with others. You.
Let’s be like the caterillar, living in full truth of himself. Doing what he does, in full appreciation of who he is and his place in life. When it’s time for him to change, he did. Sure it was with a dramatic puff of smoke, but in one moment he was a caterpillar, doing what caterpillars do. The next he was a butterfly, doing what butterflies do.
One last lesson from Alice… Life is full of wisdom, but it’s also full of nonsense. Enjoy!

So it s not a problem, exactly, but do be aware that they are not kidding when they say this is designed for infants no younger than 9 months. Live Life
